We traveled to Africa on Safari in search of wild and exotic animals that are the stuff of dreams and legends and literature. We found there in Tanzania and Kenya-on a continent so far away--not only the most amazing and photogenic animals, but also magical landscapes--vast and hauntingly beautiful--and a people--the people of Africa--who were unfailingly warm and kind, courageous and hopeful.
Vervet Monkeys are very common in both Kenya and Tanzania, and throughout Eastern Africa. Vervets are highly social animals, and travel in well organized troops.
About Mitchell R Grosky
Mitchell R.Grosky is an award-winning fine arts photographer who specializes in landscape photography, as well as seascape, cityscape, and travel photography. Mr.Grosky is based in a small town in Central Massachusetts, which is the subject of his first major photography book, "The North Quabbin and Beyond: A Photographic Tribute."
