Chicago's Adler Planetarium is “America's first planetarium and a premiere resource for inspiring the next generation of space explorers . . . it is dedicated to the study of astronomy and astrophysics. It was founded in 1930 by Chicago business leader Max Adler, and is located on the northeast tip of Northerly Island at the shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago, Illinois.”
About Mitchell R Grosky
Mitchell R.Grosky is an award-winning fine arts photographer who specializes in landscape photography, as well as seascape, cityscape, and travel photography. Mr.Grosky is based in a small town in Central Massachusetts, which is the subject of his first major photography book, "The North Quabbin and Beyond: A Photographic Tribute." After years of specializing in wedding, portrait, scenic and travel photography, he now enjoys focusing on capturing beauty, character, and uniqueness in landscapes, cityscapes, and nature as he travels throughout New England, the rest of our glorious country, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Russia, China, and Africa.
